Joe joined the team at the end of 2022 to help lead HHM's recruiting efforts. After seeing success in hiring CPAs, the firm appointed Joe to run HHM Talent to help hire for their clients. Joe started his recruiting career in IT, pharmaceuticals, and sales, before finding a home in public accounting. He is the author of two books and has a certification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He has a bachelor's degree in Film from Cal State Long Beach. Originally from California, Joe and his wife moved to Chattanooga in 2021 to start a family. When not with his family, Joe can be found playing chess, training for the next 10k, and networking.

Ashlyn joined HHM Talent in 2024 to recruit for organizations across a variety of industries. She works closely with business leaders to understand their culture and operational needs to ensure that every placement is not just a skills match, but a strategic fit. Ashlyn is recognized for her personable approach and the ability to quickly establish trust with both clients and candidates. Prior to recruiting, Ashlyn earned her bachelor's degree in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University in 2021. She began her career as a Field Auditor with a large banking and finance organization. She later transitioned into the automotive industry as an Accounting Clerk, managing accounts for three dealership stores in Chattanooga. These positions gave her a deep understanding of accounting, financial structures, and leadership dynamics, which she now leverages that insight in recruiting. Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys thrifting, practicing yoga, and hanging out with her cats!
